FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Check out the pictures in the “Examples” tab to reference the photo booth set up at events. It’s a white stand that is about five feet tall. The head is adjustable to tilt up or down as needed and is ran by an iPad.

  • Click the “Contact” tab and fill out the inquiry form with your event information!

  • Yes, there is a booth operator at the event, but this is not always necessary as the photo booth is self-operating for guests.

  • After guests take their capture, they will have an option to text at the bottom of the screen. It could take up to 24 hours to come through, but typically takes less than 3 minutes. At this time, we do not offer physical prints.

  • Yes! However, access to electricity is required to plug in. If your event is outside, the photo booth is best places in a shaded area to avoid weather.

  • Yes! There is a custom overlay and custom live gallery feature you can add on. The custom overlay is a branded picture you can have on all captures for the event. For example, a wedding might have “Mary & Joseph Smith” with wedding colors or so.

    The custom live gallery is a feature where all guests can see all captures from the event and this can be branded as well.

  • Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit along with a signed contract is required to secure and lock-in your date.

  • We like to allow one hour for setup time for the photo booth and if you choose take have backdrop and props. For just the photo booth, 30 minutes for setup is fine.

  • Anythng and everything! Weddings, school events, corporate events, birthdays, special occasions, banquets, graduation parties, and more!

  • We have generic props in stock already, but let us know what you’re looking for to match your event and we will make it happen!

  • A Live Gallery is a link that shows all captures from the event. The custom live gallery add on can be branded for your event.

  • An Overlay is a graphic that can be created to go on all captures. For example, if your event is a wedding, you might want a design in your colors that says “Bob and Karen Smith - January 1, 2024” or something similar.

  • We currently have solid black, silver sparkle, and illusion grass (not a fake grass wall but a sheet that looks like grass). Let us know in your inquiry if you are looking for something specific or different than those.

    Boomerang: One second looped capture

    Video: Can be set for up to 120 seconds. Highly recommend this option being less than 10 seconds.
